Harvey Jenkins

Harvey Jenkins lived and worked on Vancouver Island for twenty years and enjoyed the west coast lifestyle. Recently retired and wanting to be closer to their families, Harvey and his wife, Sharron, moved back to Winnipeg in early 2014.  Harvey is a writer of haiku, poetry and prose. In 2013, he published a book about the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage and his experiences walking this 800 km journey. The book, Haiku Moments on the Camino: France to Finisterre, is for sale at Winnipeg’s Grant Park, McNally Robinson’s store. Harvey is a member of Haiku Canada and a regular contributor to their various reviews and anthologies. He is currently working on a series of poems about growing up in a blended family during the 1950s and 60s.
