Margaret Riddell

Margaret Riddell is the author of the novel Wolf River, published January 2013.
She has worked as an educator, a farm partner, an office manager, and a private business owner. After her retirement, she pursued freelance journalism and her work has appeared in a number of rural newspapers. She has been published in the Winnipeg Free Press and Readers’ Digest.
Margaret has written two contract biographies: Trails of Labour, Blessings and Progress and Footprints in the Sands of Time.
In 2000 she contracted with The Carman Valley Leader to compile a collection of historical stories as a Millenium project.
Margaret write poetry for her own entertainment, and she is presently working on a collection of short stories.
