MaryLou Driedger

MaryLou Driedger works as a facilitator for school programs at the Winnipeg Art Gallery and as a student supervisor for the education department at the University of Winnipeg.

She has been a weekly columnist for The Carillon, a regional Manitoba newspaper since 1985. She wrote a regular column for the Winnipeg Free Press before moving to Hong Kong where she was an active member of the Hong Kong Women in Publishing Association for six years. She now lives in Winnipeg and belongs to a collective of children’s writers called The Anita Factor.

MaryLou has written curriculums, the lyrics and script for a musical, hundreds of articles for travel, education, historical and religious publications, and has contributed to a variety of anthologies.
